What it costs

Flat R120 anywhere in South Africa. Free on orders over R650, which includes every duo and routine.

How long it takes

3–5 working days from dispatch, nationwide. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Outlying areas can add a day or two. If that applies to your address we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa, to a street address. We can't deliver to Post Office boxes. We don't currently ship outside South Africa.

If something goes wrong

Parcels occasionally get delayed, misrouted or marked delivered before they arrive. If your tracking hasn't moved in two working days, email hello@theprettypost.co.za with your order number and we'll chase it. You don't need to wait to be sure - we'd rather look into it early.
