How much is delivery?
R120 anywhere in South Africa, free on orders over R650. Every duo and routine qualifies for free delivery.

How long will my order take?
3–5 working days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, to any street address nationwide. Not to Post Office boxes, and not outside South Africa.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything ships sealed in its original manufacturer packaging, with the batch code and expiry date printed on the box and the bottle. We don't accept stock with less than 12 months to expiry. If you want a specific batch checked before you order, email us and we'll look at it.

Can I return something?
Unopened products with the seal intact, within 7 days. Damaged, incorrect or faulty items are handled separately, aren't limited to 7 days, and we cover the shipping. Full detail on our Returns page.

Which routine should I choose?
Start with the concern that bothers you most rather than trying to fix everything at once. Dark marks and uneven tone for post-breakout marks and dullness. Dry and sensitive for skin that feels tight or reacts easily. Breakouts and texture for congestion and active breakouts. If you're stuck between two, email us and describe your skin.

Can I use these together with what I already use?
Usually. The main thing to avoid is layering several strong actives at once - azelaic acid and vitamin C on the same night, for example. Each product page has a How to use section with the specifics.

Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Azelaic acid is generally considered safe; retinoids are not, and we don't stock any. We're not medical professionals, so check with your doctor or pharmacist about your own situation.

How do I pay?
Card payments through Yoco, secured by the payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Who do I contact?
